1. Order Cancellation Timeline

You can cancel your order at different stages:

  • Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement
  • During Processing: Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • After Shipping: Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be returned
  • Custom Orders: Special or custom orders may have different cancellation terms

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, you can:

  1. Online: Use the cancellation option in your order history (if available)
  2. Email: Send cancellation request to support@urvitribe.com

  4. WhatsApp: Send a message to our business WhatsApp number

Required Information: Order number, customer name, and reason for cancellation

3. Cancellation Processing

  • Cancellation requests are processed within 2-4 hours during business hours
  • You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is processed
  • Refunds are processed immediately for cancelled orders
  • Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 business days)

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Full Refund: 100% refund for orders cancelled before processing
  • Partial Refund: May apply if order was partially processed
  • Payment Method: Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing Time: Refunds appear in 3-7 business days depending on your bank

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

  • Orders that have already been shipped
  • Custom or personalized products in production
  • Perishable items that have been prepared
  • Digital products that have been delivered
  • Orders placed during flash sales or special promotions
  • Bulk orders with special pricing

6. Business Hours for Cancellations

  • Monday - Saturday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
  • Holidays: Limited support available
  • After Hours: Email requests will be processed the next business day

7. Special Circumstances

Force Majeure Events:

Natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events may affect our ability to process cancellations normally.

Technical Issues:

Website or system outages may delay cancellation processing. We will honor all valid cancellation requests.

Peak Seasons:

During high-demand periods, cancellation processing may take longer than usual.
